About Alexa

Alexa Lincu is a visual artist currently living and working in Bucharest, Romania. She’s been drawing for as long as she can remember, although it never occurred to her until the senior year of high school that she would choose to make a career out of it. Graduating from the Mural Art department of the National University of Arts in Bucharest, Alexa is curious to experiment with both traditional and digital mediums, looking forward to reflecting upon a better understanding of the artistic practice in the matter of contemporary art. Her works reflect a journey of profound introspection, using as a source of inspiration feelings that are rooted in current events or childhood memories, developing the visual context of a new world of possibilities.
